PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE OF LIABILITY,

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. BY SIGNING BELOW, YOU ARE GIVING UP CERTAIN RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.

1. Description of Activity

I understand that I am voluntarily registering to participate in a "stein hold" or “stein hoist” competition (the "Activity"), in which participants hold a filled beer stein or mug (approximately 5 lbs / oz) at arm's length for as long as possible. The Activity is hosted by Iron Babes at Lone Pint on October 10, 2026 at 3 pm.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in the Activity involves inherent risks, whether known or unknown, that may result in physical injury, illness, disability, emotional distress, or death, and/or property damage, including but not limited to:

Muscle, tendon, ligament, shoulder, or joint strain or injury from holding a weighted object

Falls, slips, or collisions with other participants, spectators, or objects

Cuts, lacerations, or injury from broken glass or spilled liquid

Effects of alcohol consumption, if alcohol is served or consumed on premises

Pre-existing medical conditions that may be aggravated by physical exertion

I acknowledge that this list is not exhaustive and that unanticipated risks may also result in injury or damage. I voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

3. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activity, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Iron Babes, its owners, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and the property owner/venue of Lone Pint (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in the Activity.

4. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that they may incur as a result of my participation in the Activity, whether caused by my negligence or otherwise.

5. Medical Treatment Authorization

I authorize the Released Parties to secure emergency medical treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary, and I agree to be responsible for any costs associated with such treatment. I represent that I am physically fit to participate and am not aware of any medical condition that would prevent safe participation.

6. Alcohol Acknowledgment

I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age (if alcohol is involved) and that I am participating voluntarily and free from impairment that would make participation unsafe. Organizer reserves the right to refuse or remove any participant who appears intoxicated or impaired.

7. Photo, Video, and Media Release

I grant Iron Babes permission to photograph and/or video record me during the Activity and to use such images or footage for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes, without compensation to me.

8. Governing Law and Severability

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of TX, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Acknowledgment

I have read this Waiver, Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnification Agreement, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am accepting this Agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
